New aircraft boosts upgrade of Guiyang airport

Colorful Guizhou Airlines' 14th Airbus A320NEO landed at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport on June 12, joining its fleet just 10 days after the 13th aircraft arrived on June 2.

The addition of two brand-new aircraft within just 10 days reflects ongoing fleet optimization and enhanced capacity deployment, injecting strong momentum into the expansion of its route network and improvements in service quality.

Colorful Guizhou Airlines currently operates a fleet of 23 aircraft. The 14th newly introduced 14th Airbus A320neo, together with the 13th aircraft delivered earlier, belongs to Airbus's new-generation narrow-body family. These aircraft retain the A320neo series' outstanding advantages in fuel efficiency and environmental performance. Configured with an all-economy cabin layout, the aircraft can accommodate up to 180 passengers.

The 13th A320NEO has completed all necessary preparations and entered service, operating on major routes including Guiyang-Beijing and Guiyang-Shanghai. Upon completion of acceptance checks, the 14th aircraft will also enter flight service to further boost the airlines' flight operational capacity during the summer travel peak.
