During this period, the airport is expected to operate 18,800 flights, with passenger throughput reaching 2.63 million, year-on-year increases of 5.11 percent and 5.91 percent, respectively.

To meet travel demand during the Spring Rush, the airport plans to increase flight frequencies to high-demand cities such as Nanjing, Shanghai, and Wuhan. It is also coordinating with airlines to optimize capacity and deploy wide-body aircraft on popular routes to Sanya and Lanzhou to boost overall transport capacity.

For international routes, the airport connects key destinations including Hong Kong, Macao, Bangkok, Singapore, Phuket, and Jakarta. The Guiyang-Macao route operates at a high frequency, with one flight daily. The Guiyang-Hong Kong route and the Guiyang-Singapore route operate four flights per week, while the Guiyang-Bangkok route and Guiyang-Phuket route operate three flights per week.
