Huaxi University Town opens bus loop line

Gui'an New Area opened the Huaxi University Town Bus Express Loop Line 2 on Aug 22, connecting multiple universities with Guiyang Metro Line 3 and providing convenient travel services to teachers and students.

The total length of the line is 7.2 kilometers, with large distances between stations. It departs from the Tongmuling Station (Exit C) of Metro Line 3, passes through Guizhou University of Finance and Economics (East Campus) and Guiyang Institute of Information Science and Technology, and finally arrives at the West Campus of Guizhou Normal University.

Its operation hours are based on the travel patterns of teachers and students. The first bus departing from Tongmuling Station leaves at 7:40 am, while the last bus from Guizhou Normal University departs at 7:30 pm.

This line implements a one-ticket system, with a one-way fee of 3 yuan ($0.4) per person. It is currently in a trial operation period of one month. The transportation capacity will be dynamically adjusted according to passenger traffic. Additional schedules and extended service hours will be provided to improve the quality of public transportation in the Huaxi University Town.
