Guiyang Public Transport Co improves battery maintenance capabilities

Guiyang Public Transport Co recently reached a strategic cooperation agreement with CATL to improve specialized high-voltage battery maintenance capabilities.

As of now, the company has achieved a key breakthrough in core maintenance of new energy vehicles, with CATL providing comprehensive support, including core technology authorization, core component support, and standardized maintenance process guidance.

To ensure the quality and efficiency of maintenance, Guiyang Public Transport Co built a high standard independent maintenance workshop at the Weilai Fangzhou Station, equipped with professional facilities including insulation workbenches, high-voltage detection equipment, and airtightness instruments. It is also connected to the CATL big data platform to achieve remote and accurate diagnosis of vehicle battery failures and effective traceability of historical data, improving technical support and decision-making abilities.

By partnering with CATL, Guiyang Public Transport Co has trained the local maintenance team and mastered key technologies, promoting the upgrading of modern public transportation service operation and maintenance.
