Guiyang to upgrade bus line vehicles

Guiyang Qianshuang Public Transport Co is upgrading Bus Line V8 this month with eight new energy minibuses to replace previous vehicles, making passengers' journeys more convenient and comfortable.

Bus Line V8 opened on June 1, 2024. The line connects crowded places such as residential areas, markets, and metro stations, filling gaps in the bus network.

The company's eight new energy minibuses have 17 seats and more space, providing passengers with a better environment. Their various safety auxiliary facilities also effectively prevent injuries from traffic accidents.

A company representative said, "The previous vehicles were 5.4-meter non-standing buses with 12-person capacities. Increased seating means we can meet the travel demands of more passengers. The company has conducted functional inspections of onboard equipment to ensure the timely operation."
