As the credits of Ne Zha 2 roll at Yuejie Cinema in Yunyan district, Guiyang, hundreds of taxis and buses line up outside forming the "Nezha Special Line" under the command of traffic law enforcement personnel.

At around 8 pm on Feb 23, nearly 1,000 departures from Yuejie Cinema occurred within three hours, based on real-time monitoring data from Guiyang Smart Transportation. The Guiyang transportation committee, the Guiyang municipal traffic law enforcement detachment, and Guiyang municipal bureau of public security and traffic management immediately responded and dispatched law enforcement personnel. They urged all ride-hailing platforms to increase their efforts in allocating vehicles around the cinema, and extended the operation time of bus routes around the cinema to 1:35 am.

This is the first time Guiyang has used hundreds of taxis solely for cinemas, lighting up the night journey with technology and warmth.

"It only took six minutes from leaving the cinema to getting on the bus. It's really warming to see so many taxis and buses waiting in an orderly manner, and law enforcement officers waiting for us in such cold weather," said two Guiyang locals, who watched the movie together.

"This is not a myth, but a compulsory course in urban governance," said the head of Yunyan district branch of Guiyang municipal traffic law enforcement detachment at a review meeting. This action pioneered the model of transportation capacity around cinemas, providing valuable experience for similar law enforcement dispatch in the future.
