Kuala Lumpur-Guiyang flight marks new chapter for Guiyang tourism

The Kuala Lumpur-Guiyang-Kuala Lumpur AQ1212 flight, carrying over 100 Malaysian tourists, landed at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport at 8:00 am on Aug 25.

This marks the first charter flight to Guizhou since the visa-free agreement between China and Malaysia, in collaboration with 9 Air and Guizhou Longxi Yixing Travel Agency. The group includes Malaysian tourism professionals and media representatives.

Upon arrival, the tourists were warmly welcomed with traditional Guizhou music and dances, showcasing the region's rich cultural heritage. The eight-day, six-night tour will take them to some of Guizhou's most famous attractions, including Libo Xiaoqikong (Seven Small Arches), Xijiang Miao Village, Huangguoshu Waterfall, allowing them to experience the unique karst landscapes and vibrant local culture.

This charter flight will operate every Sunday, bringing more international tourists to explore Guizhou's natural beauty and cultural richness.
