Smooth ride prepared for runners going to Guiyang Marathon

The 2024 Guiyang Marathon on June 16 is set to provide runners with a silky smooth travel experience in Guiyang city.

To ensure their effortless travel, Guiyang will operate two special charter trains and one charter flight on June 15, with over 1,000 runners already booked.

The two charter trains will depart from Chengdu and Guangzhou. Train D1828 from Chengdudong Railway Station to Guiyangdong Railway Station will pass through Chongqingxi Railway Station.

Train D1834 from Guangzhounan Railway Station to Guiyangdong Railway Station will pass through Guilinxi Railway Station. Tickets for these trains can be purchased at specific stations.

Charter flight GY7102 will depart from Beijing Daxing International Airport to Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, offering a convenient alternative to participants.

Runners and their companions traveling on these services will enjoy free shuttle services provided by the organizing committee, ensuring smooth transfers to the 2024 Guiyang Marathon Expo site.

A Guiyang Marathon Service Desk will be available at Guiyangdong Railway Station, offering transportation guidance and assistance to participants.

In addition to the marathon, Guiyang will host over 100 themed activities, including hiking, camping, paddleboarding, caving, stream tracing, rock climbing, concerts and artistic performances – showcasing the vibrant culture of "Colorful Guiyang" and the charms of the city itself.
