Major adjustments will be made to the operating schedule of the loop-line of the Guiyang urban express railway in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, starting from July 1.
The departure time of nine trains on the loop-line will be brought forward, with the largest adjustment being 7 hours and 59 minutes earlier than the original departure time. Meanwhile, the departure time of seven trains will be put off, with the biggest change being 6 hours and 6 minutes later than the original departure time.
The 113-kilometer-long loop-line, which commenced operation on March 30 in 2022 and has 17 stations, is connected to seven high-speed railways. It has helped transform Guiyang into a key transport hub radiating to other cities in the province.
Next, more high-speed trains from Guiyang towards different directions will be outlined based on passenger flow, to better meet the travel demands of the public.
