The 2023 Guiyang Marathon will kick off in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on June 10.
To meet the travel needs of contestants and the audience, the Guiyang Metro will provide sufficient transportation capacity, a safer guarantee, and more enthusiastic services combined with the event's official start time.

On June 10, the first train departures of Guiyang Metro lines 1 and 2 will be 5:30 in advance. From 5:30 to 20: 30, the departure intervals will be shortened and another 132 train departures will be added.
During the marathon, the Guiyang Metro will strengthen the patrols of critical stations and train areas, promptly investigate and deal with suspicious things, and maintain order to avoid congestion. It will also strengthen inspecting and maintaining crucial driving equipment and facilities.

On June 10, the marathon guidelines will be broadcast within stations on Guiyang Metro lines 1 and 2 to guide passengers out of stations smoothly.
From June 9 to 11, the marathon contestants can take the metro trains for free with their number cloth.
