New progress made on Guiyang metro line S1

The left line of the Zaojiaoba-Guian section of metro line S1 in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, was completed by China Railway 20th Bureau Group on Dec 19. 

The recently-completed 1,376-meter-long tunnel is located at the intersection of the Guian Railway Station and Xing'an Avenue. China Railway 20th Bureau Group relied on big data to reduce the impact of construction on the nearby railway station. 

Metro line S1, with a total length of 30.3 kilometers, starts from Zaojiaoba in Guian New Area and ends at Wangchengpo in Nanming district, and has 13 stations. 

Once the metro line is completed, it will greatly facilitate travel in the main urban area of Guiyang to Guian New Area and promote industrial and economic development along the line.
