Metro lines in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, implemented sectional operations on Sept 28 in response to the recent epidemic prevention and control situation.
According to Guiyang Urban Rail Transit Group Co, the section from Douguan Station to Guiyang North Railway Station on Guiyang Metro Line 1 has implemented regional standards for normalized epidemic prevention and control, and the section from Yaguan Station to Xiaomeng Industrial Park Station operates independently according to regional standards in high, medium and low risk areas.
The section from Baiyun North Road Station to Jinyang South Road Station and the section from Forest Park Station to Zhongxing Road Station on Guiyang Metro Line 2 continue to operate, while other sections of the line have suspended operations.
Trains running on the section from Chayuan Station to Fuyuan North Road Station on Guiyang Metro Line 2 do not stop in the section.
Passengers in the districts of Baiyun and Guanshanhu and the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone can achieve inter-district travel by subway.
The earliest departure time from Douguan Station, Guiyang North Station, Yaguan Station, Xiaomeng Industrial Park Station on Guiyang Metro Line 1, as well as Baiyun North Road Station and Zhongxing Road Station on Guiyang Metro Line 2 is 6:20 am, while the latest departure time is 9 pm.
The departure interval during peak hours (7 am to 9 am; 5 pm to 7 pm) is 15 minutes, while it is 30 minutes at all other times.
Passengers can transfer between the two lines at Lincheng West Road Station.
