Guiyang gov, firms jointly develop smart transportation

The Guiyang transportation committee, Guiyang Public Transportation Investment and Operation Group, and Guiyang Bwton Technology Co recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the construction of an urban intelligent service system in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

In recent years, Guiyang and Guian New Area have furthered the construction of public parking lots and promoted rail transit and smart transportation. Guiyang Bwton Technology Co has abundant practical experience in constructing and operating parking lots and smart transportation, which is highly suited for the development needs of Guiyang and Guian New Area. 

According to the agreement, they will work together to establish a static traffic industry fund, introduce more high-tech parking equipment companies, build urban parking infrastructure, supporting facilities and a smart management system for parking resources in the city, and construct and operate a unified city-level smart parking management platform. 

They will also build a city-wide smart service system based on smart parking and jointly explore data sharing, resource integration, information matchmaking and business collaboration in the field of transportation. 

Cooperation in the construction of projects related to the digital transformation of rail transit and an urban transportation carbon credit platform will also be promoted.
