Hainan Airlines has increased flights between Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, to Beijing in North China, since July 18 so as to meet the increasing travel demands of passengers, according to Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport on July 19.
These flights are operated by the Boeing 738 and there is one round trip per day.
Hainan Airlines currently offers three flights per day between Guiyang and Beijing, which operate at noon, afternoon, and evening.
In addition, Hainan Airlines has launched a "Free Flight" service on July 15. Passengers can book flights in advance for designated routes at a predetermined preferential price, and then choose a date for use after the air route opens.
This provides passengers with more flexible travel options, promotes the aviation tourism industry, and helps economic development and recovery in Guiyang.
