Guiyang airport ensures flight safety during cold snap

As of the morning of Jan 7, no ice had been found on the runways at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, according to information from the Guizhou Airports Group.

De-icing operations are currently being undertaken for all flights leaving the airport to ensure flight safety. The process may require passengers to wait patiently.

Also, due to the freezing weather forecast, some flights may be adjusted, and passengers are being asked to pay close attention to their flights.
